I know it is bad practise to continue buying on the down, but I can't help it. I started buying closer to 3 and have continued to buy and may continue. Average under 2.4c.
I think people are discounting the R&D refund the co will get back this quarter which should bring cash closer to $17M (before running expenses for the quarter). I may be wrong re the R&D refund as it has not been mentioned in the quarterly report. I asked them why the quarterly activities report has not come out and the response was people have been away. Hmmm.

Market cap only $10.7M. People are pricing in that the co will continue to blow the funds in support of their jobs.

Im a bit worried, but at the same time optimistic.

Management need to give us some better specifics about where this company is going.

The Vianello family (old shareholders of Quantum) have sold 650K shares in July. Are they continuing to sell their remaining 12.9M shares? The 10th top shareholder bought another 500K shares in July.
I look forward to the updated top 20 list for August.
