Therer isn't 'negative' sentiment out there on this stock - it just has no short term catalyst to push buyers into it at the moment. Volumes are dismal, and those who like it are already in.
Market is waiting for another announcement, hopefully with some indication of cash flow. If that doesn't come in next few weeks, then yes I agree this is likely to drift back towards 16~18c.
