Hmm I read that quarter as -$3M+ cash of $12M. So I'd say a raising is very much on the cards pretty soon. Personally I was disappointed by this quarterly, was hoping for a closer to break even number but it seems not too much has happened in that regard over the past six months. That said revenues are up and I like the 10% improvement in dealerships using the platform.
As far as ICQ. When you look at the time they have been in market and their revenues.... I'm happy to be with LAA. Factor in the fact that every capital raise dilution its diluted even further by the requirement to have carsales keep their percentage holding and ICQ is not something I'd want to hold.
I'd do rather hope that the LAA management are not looking at ICQ and thinking they can live off CRs for the next x years. I'm only have so much patience.
