I'm wondering if they are waiting for the shares to be issued before they release any notices. I'm not sure about the legalities and when the ann's must be made.
But if the shares haven't been issued/received then they may be holding off on announcing anything. The purpose for this? Who knows. Management here like to play in the shadows.
