If results are positive other financing avenues open: JV and/or licensing, not debt (the interest rate would be egregious at very best).
Management has done well with their cash, obviously LW is ready to pony up otherwise why broach the NZ authorities regarding exemption around the 20% rule. An angel investor if ever there was one, cushioning a very predatory cr!
