OK it's graph time. Looks like they're going ahead with the "raise", I'd kind of assumed that as time went on it was becoming less necessary. They comment that 2017-1 will need less cash than 2016-3 and 2016-4, so I'd guess they'll need another $2.5M for this quarter and (I'm making up a number now) $1m for the next quarter. So they may have $3-4M in the bank at the end of March.
Do they need to raise before then or not? I'm not sure. But the story is still the same: they can't do anything "big" (Rett Ph III or further FXS) without a big infusion of cash.
