Have a look at section 9; this shows you the forecast cash outflows for product costs, staff & admin for Q2. These are $1.6m, $1.25m & $0.8m respectively & should provide some comfort as long as these are accurate. So all up, should be close to break-even for the quarter. Costs show a truer reflection of the staff / admin costs for a programmatic platform.
Incredible seasonality with 50% of revenue coming in Q4. Working capital management is the key. But if this is the cost base for people / admin with some variability for inventory, then expect cash in the door in Q4.
M&A will now be funded via scrip as per their last announcement. Sounds like a deal is close & they have promised that it will be earnings accretive too.
