The Phosflow registered to Cytec (owned by Solvay) is "PHOSFLOW® is an additive that inhibits scale formation on heat exchangers and process piping in phosphoric acid production plants." You can find it on the Solvay site.

The Phosflow that PET has listed is clearly a different product, but with the same name. Certainly confusing, but they are unrelated products.
Phosflow™ Environmentally safe solution for flowing water remediation Phosflow™, developed with the U.S. EPA under a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA), adsorbs phosphorus from water upon contact. Phosflow pellets are made from naturally occurring and sustainable mineral materials. It is non-hazardous, insoluble in water and non-toxic to aquatic plants and wildlife.
