Yes, but they no longer have the patent (that really matters) to the solution. Their last patent extension application has received a final rejection notice from the USPTO.
For over 20 years now Phoslock has been trying to get this business off the ground, all while holding patent exclusivity. Now that moat has dried up, is it going to be any easier for them to compete against their rivals, even if the rivals are selling an inferior product?

I don't believe that PET has the manufacturing capacity to deliver 19,125 tons per year (50% of 38250 tons) for 3 years.
