Definitely hear what you're saying bakker,
I'm going with PET having many years experience in the industry, years of growing customer and contractor contacts, project portfolio with knowledge on costing and on the job experience.
I am confident that they have learnt the hard way with regards to risk management and hopefully carry the once bitten twice shy caution when controlling international players.
