better to cap raise when things are going really well to take advantage of hype on a listing than waiting until things are stagnant and then trying to list.... unless you are presuming that they are going to continue to grow and then list taking advantage of a higher buy in listing and therefor receiving more money. IMO for current share holders a cap raise now would have been better.
