RY, you have hit the nail on the head. People make businesses. Great ideas go nowhere without the right people to execute.
The LIFX people have executed extremely well pre BUD involvement. Lets hope this continues and the LIFX people integrate into BUD business and make that successful as well. Time for fluffy rhetoric is finished. BUD management need to deliver and stay quiet until they have done so.
We have a saying in our land, too much hui and not enough doey! There are lots of "hui" or talkfests in normal language where everybody talks but nothing ever gets done, but you are paid regardless.
BUD needs to execute on that 12 page document. If in three months the BUD business has not delivered then time for a total clean out and replace with people with ability to deliver business results not talk. The plan is very encouraging, now please deliver the results from both sectors of the business.
