Sacking sales people and putting new people in does not solve the issue that OhM in its present form and pricing model is not wanted by the market. OHM is a solution looking for a problem. Now all these regularly changes are great news and I expect will require change over the next 10 years, and if they are retrospective, then these buildings will have years to comply.
