I’m not sure if I agree that an ohm redesign is the best course of action at this point. If ohms are not selling fast enough then I don’t think pouring more money into the project is prudent. I think moving to a cheaper 3rd party hardware solution is a quick and easy change worth making, but continuing to tweak the product? We don’t know if that will help. I’d rather they conserve resources at this point for Lifx to get across the line, or explore new opportunities with the LIFX Control Module chip. If there is easy stuff they can work on great, but otherwise I’d rather see growth in the more successful parts of the business (buddy cloud, Lifx).
