anyways...
there's a commercial value to Ohm and the generic + customised db/analysis/ sensor service. Just not near enough to float the shell within which it sits at this point. Hence Lifx and slashing the Ohm sales budget.
I would expect market to price stock at whatever it thinks Lifx is worth until the rest of the business were to prove otherwise
as for Lifx sale value - no - sellers do not generally sell cheaply unless they dont think its cheap. But sellers are not always right
the past 2+ years should have provided everyone in an education about listening to a company's own 'expectations' for a marketplace thats not well defined/mature.
