Things can get worse. BUD have not paid all the cash consideration from the merger (I do not know how much this was). Plus they have the LOC debt. If tariffs go up to 25%, that will hurt margins an make it difficult to make a profit and pay the interest on the debt.
Buddy has entered into an agreement with the LIFX Majority Seller to defer a portion of the cash consideration due to it under the Merger Agreement
