    $100m for a concept that hasn't gotten off the ground for years yet millions burnt? This is a lifestyle company.

    This merger is the only thing that's saving BUD and even still it's overpriced IMO. BUD should've been worth less than the cash they have as they're burning it at an alarming rate with nothing to show for it.
