you should be aware of your consumer rights Per region and lifx is offering a replacement by the looks

standard statutory warranty rights are still in place but they only make you eligible for a repair/assessment and it sounds like you are asking for a DOA

I work in distribution so have a fair idea on the subject

people in service are people too... perhaps you insulted them?

I had initial issues connecting them, it would take ages you would get halfway through and it flipped out and needed to start again, they gave me a beta app link and all sorted.

They are getting slammed on social tho
