Not sure if I've done the right thing by selling out here. I had bought a small parcel which has bagged in around a month, and there have been real revenue upgrades. These guys have the absolute worst payment terms out of every business I have ever seen with revenue recognition so out of line with cash receipts it is frustrating and moreover have historically on occasion had large writeoffs of receivables not collected.
I think there is quite a bit of execution risk built into the current price and I don't have enough of a feel for what the gross and net margins will be of the upcoming revenue (I know historically high gross margin).
I hope I get the chance to buy back in when the dust has settled.
