Only question I had was regarding what they meant by "near-term". Everything else was covered quite nicely. Decided against asking anything further about the deal as clearly he wouldn't be able to answer it even if he had a rough timeframe/specific details in mind.

In the end, I've done my research and am comfortable with my judgement to invest in Osprey Medical for the long-term. GE deal today would've been the icing on the cake, but more important for the traders that wanted quick overnight gains.
