This is one of the better 4Cs I've read, particularly under the current economic conditions,
I'm very happy to hold,
Money in the bank, a carrot dangling out in front,
In my opinion a bad 4C4wCould be if they had no cash and wanted to hand the cap out to raise money,
Would be very funny to see another report later in the morning,
