Does anyone know where the "Net Financing Cash Flows" number...

Does anyone know where the "Net Financing Cash Flows" number comes from? It seems like 550k just comes out of thin air, just like the 300k in the previous quarterly. It isn't listed above in 1.15 to 1.20 which includes "Other". They also don't list any financing facilities available later in the document (3.1 and 3.2).

These are nice numbers, the market has seen these sorts of numbers in the past though when the share price was much higher than it is today.
