The market doesn't believe cash on hand is $30 million, that's why the market cap is $7 million.
Companies with $30 million in the bank usually don't have the CEO providing small loans. If they could get $550k out of a bank account to make payments why wouldn't they do this and instead have the CEO loan the funds?
If you can answer that question you will make 5 times your money. If you can't answer that question then you should probably exercise caution.
