This looks like a sleeper , definitely need to be consolidated .
Rather pay 30 cents than .3 cents under a 100 for 1 consolidation as should i wish to sell its easier to sell at 29 cents than .2 cents , to much downside risk when it trades at .001 .002 .003 etc
