All. I was an ALA investor that got burned by the inept management. Have not bought into SP1. Here is a excerpt from the XTV thread as seems some management intwined in that unwinding disaster. I know what I would do if I was a holder :
some of the directors have moved into other coys such as sp1 , Soc & partly plp so dyor guys and dont get caught in these traps.

There are many other great stocks to focus your energy on, we can just right this one off! until we cause enough frustration for the previous directors
