    Spot on!
    Stockholders are last in line..

Imagine even funding a start up
8 mil$ for capex ( Q spend for this lot) to a bunch of youngsters & all they can come up with is 169K in sales there would be questions asked.

Not these cowboys.. They have burned up circa 300M$ in costs & zilch to show for it other than a revolving door of employees ( who all must have a low / no feeling of job security) & this great IP which is morgaged out to the lenders!

Carl Ichan bought some years ago an enterprise making rail wagons from memory & with it came a nice 9 floor property at a good Adress in NY.
So he went along to find out what this 9 floors of people got up to each day other than loose money with various ideas & send memos to one another.
    Couldn't figure it out.
So he hired some hot shot consultants who spent 1 month investigating trying to find the answer.
He paid the consultants & duly asked the question.
    They had no clue.
So he let the whole workforce go & the amazing thing did not hear 1 word from any of these people complaining they actually contributed something & should be kept on..
The whole workforce just vanished into the twilight zone..!

Right now one could ask what this small army of employees running around in circles have achieved other than costs.
Sure there are some diligent quilified employees but the management & execution has been absent..Just a big $$$ eating for zero return machine.
Well from an owners perspective ( dumb shareholders) .. Nothing has been created for several hundred million $ which has generated any income..Zero..

    Bizzare really.
    But there you have it.

These people call themselves business competent to run a successful public company.

    Really!!

    Go Figure,

    Best,
    SG.
