Are you surprised they didn’t buyback shares during the lows of the past two years?
My understanding of the use of the buyback in the past has been to compensate for the issue of shares to Indy. Essentially being used to keep share count stable, rather than reducing it.
I guess cash generated for paying franked dividends and/or buying businesses > buyback.
