Im a layman but I thought MPL works downstream of any particular variation of MND by clearing the mis localized tdp 143 proteins. Does this form of MND cause orders of magnitude more protein mis localization therefore rendering autophagy in effect useless?
Again, perhaps if there is known differences it wouldnt be a big expectation for the company to explain.
