Basically, they don't know but suspect it does work on everything. The Phase 2/3 study will certainly help fill that void in knowledge but the findings in the Phase 1/2 sure seem to suggest it is a good one.
That said, we just don't have all the data and it really is tenuous connections because MPL hasn't undergone these tests before and is unlike other mTOR drugs in one way or another.
