Again I ask when did this patient actually pass away, at 28 April 2023 all 12 patients were on MPL so 9.5 months from then mea no the middle of February 2024, if as stated on here it occurred in April 2024 then the patient had been on mpl for 11 months.
The treating doctor for this patient was Rowe now surely he would have reported the fact to PAA, CEO at the time was MT.
Rule 3.1 clearly states that an entity must disclose all information concerning it that it becomes aware of FROM ANY SOURCE AND OF ANY CHARACTER, if a reasonable person would expect the information to have a material effect on the price or value of its securities.
