Michael is assisting with transition and will be around for at least 4 more months and John has plenty of industry experience. Despite the negative commentary, Roger has industry access at high levels when the time comes.

The impressive results were really from cohort 2. Your negative view noted, but constant repetition can only make one suspicious of your motives.
