    History lesson as I was there.
    XPEOB came about due to a SPP in July 2013 and were issued free on a 1 for 1 basis with every 1c share purchased.
    The money was ostensibly for advancing geothermal projects in Indonesia but of course that never eventuated.
    They're al gone now so nothing to whinge about really, it brought extra cash in and that's a good thing.
    We should be well in revenue before any CR would be needed so no further dilution.
