No one will pay you before there is any work completed. It seems from previous announcements that they have long lead times on some of their equipment. While there may be milestone payments they won't be matching the outgoing.
That said hopefully some of the 1.7M spent this quarter we will see in receipts next quarter. If sales continue to increase at this rate though they may not be cash positive next quarter.
