It took them a while to work out that Yeudall was never an MD. Now they have to pick up the pieces, I cannot understand how they traded to such a low level of cash without hitting the market up for more money. The fact is that the minimum raising amount under the prospectus was way too low for their 12 month needs and as such they should not have been able to take over IFS and maintain their listing. Watch this space could get ugly
