    Can't really understand.

    Capital raising Nov 09, 90 million shares @ 5 cents;
    Improving financials,
    Good announcements,
    Increasing volumes traded...although not meaningful
    More market exposure.

    Lot of investors on the sidelines waiting.
    The impatient are selling at a discount...their loss.
