    "I have spoken with various parties and I am now comfortable with the position of the board, and the
    direction the company is taking. I therefore wish to advise I no longer support Resolution 1 ? Removal of Mr
    Matthew Birney as a Director."


    great result, common sense prevailed and now get that rig drilling!!!
