I don't think its too outrageous for the type of technical solutions being built. More concerned with why we have no sales and marketing staff selling our products. Not one dedicated marketing person in the whole company!! It no good developing products if no-one is out there marketing and selling them, as then it certainly is a waste of time having 20 + developers!
