If they let the options go then I think the shareholders will see a SP rise pretty soon by virtue of the enhanced quality of a less diluted shell .

Seems they can't get a project in time to rescue them but there are other options available ,
IE: Extend etc .



I do wonder why the 4c is out early ??? It is not their habit to do an early 4c and just maybe there is something about to happen and the available cash is out there for all to see when another announcement comes to save the day .
( wishful thinking I know )
