Optimistic - you may be right.

I must admit to a degree of fascination with watching the progression of this company from HTC days to what it is now.

The initial amalgamation of companies seemed to have some very reasonable small business's thrown into the melting pot with PKBA (the big fish).

The small companies seemed to have good profit figures whereas PKBA as far as I could recall lost money, albeit with significant turnover.

I was always curious as to whether PKBA (ANITTEL) would inherit some of the characteristics of profitable smaller companies or whether the PKBA difficulties (losses) would spread through the group.

Not that I think what they were trying to do was easy, far from it. My personal view is that IT servicing would have to be the hardest game to make money out off....especially when focussing on small business and in particular regional small business.

Anittel have either overestimated their abilities to make money in this area, or underestimated the time frame that is necessary to make the buisness profitable.

With Kazacos bankrolling the company I do not think there is an immediate danger of the company running out of cash even with another poor 2012 fourth quarter - it would just be more likely that existing shareholders get diluted into oblivion while Kazacos converts debt into equity into the forseeable future.

Why he did not simply pursue this strategy with PKBA as a private company without needing to be public is a question for someone.....presumably he thought it would be easier that it turned out being a publicly listed company and making money.

There has to be a tipping point where losing $1.5m a quarter ends the patience of Kazacos or shareholders in general. Where the share price ends up over the next few months is anyones guess......traders could probably have some fun making 20% with 0.01c movements.

It is ludicrous that the market cap of this ASX listed company is not a huge amount different to what they paid for one of the 'small businesses' in the amalgamation (Accord)......
