if you read I think it is the march updates it states product expiry sept 2013 if ce granted in july/june. Vitrogro has a extremly long life when frozen. But a part of the CE process is setting shelf life. This is determined by Device class and use, and storage type.
If you go back through hotcopper there was a bit of dicussion regarding this subject. At that time I read a lot of CE documentation. This was to satisfy myself that we were not being fed crap by Mr Mercer.
