Col - if you are insinuating that I am some sort of downramper with an agenda, you are mistaken.

I have been in this stock for 2-3 years. I am very very positive about VG.

AS a long term shareholder with a very significant holding, I have the right to criticise management and I will continue to do so when I do not believe they are performing as they should.

I personally find it quite astounding how many posters on this forum get enormously defensive any time a criticism of management is made. Management is meant to be accountable and responsible to us shareholders. They are using our money.
