i hear wat u say about ALT not needing much money before the brazilian deal comes thru but u dont know for sure if the letter of intent bears fruit ,,and if so, in a defined time frame,that works for ALT, do u?

and I would rather see the company get injections of working capital via option conversion than doing a CR
