It is the last paragraph of your post that maybe the market is starting to wake up to.
ALT has always been extremely conservative, sometimes to our dislike, but if you check back over the last few reports, they gave plenty of hints about the progress in Brazil before securing the LOI.
They have given quite a few hints at US negotiations being in advanced stages and China and Asia moving rapidly. Looks like people are now listening.
