My view ... someone is sitting on the bid at 0.04c trying to scare others into selling, considering the order sizes are so small (I think one order was for 12,500 last week????), seems like a bit of funny business going on. Doesn't look like much volume has gone through at 0.04c over the past month, so you'd think "Mr. Prankster" hasn't picked up their quota ... thus, one could only hope/imagine (if they are a genuine buyer) they'll be loading up tomorrow before the 9am (WA time) meeting.
