Ive read and reviewed as much as there is too find. Serial bs/escape artists. Authorities can't touch them because legally it must all be neat and tidy.

The fact that Adler and his mother bought a lot of shares just means they were sold the story as well.

Everything looks hi tech, well organised, professional, intelligent. Decent website. Governance in order etc. Terrific contacts. Its an appealing story with geniune hi tech behind it and all the usual business credo.

Brian Harcourt and Ross Lyndon-James are bloody good and have long experience at this caper.

But they need to be moved out by the other leading players so the real promise can be realised.

These serial losers may as well be bankruptcy lawyers who sell a tantalising story and then employ there only 'real' skills as lawyers to wriggle free when it goes nowhere, which is always the main game. They only focus on the story and the escape instead of the business. And banking the proceeds of the fund raising of course.

Out legal system is far to technical. Judges need alot more discretion to look past the law and see and act on what they perceive to be really happening.

So much pain caused for so many people.

Just need these jokers the hell out of the picture. And broke like us would be nice too.
