Its amazing what constitutes a financial and activities report to shareholders....that is bordering laughable.
In essence that quarterly report could be phrased " Yes we know we are in a bad position and nothing is happening, but we are trying hard to do something(?) ....but we dont really want to talk about it..thank you"
