Ann: Appendix 4C - quarterly , page-7

I have been watching this for ages as well but thought there were too many related party transactions with companies where directors are shareholders for my liking.
In the most recent financial statements, the company was profitable, but the profit was attributable to minority interest not to the shareholder of MDG. I'm not sure how this is to be reported in the quarterly, or only in the full accounts.
In short, while I am disappointed in missing out on huge daily gains, I know that sticking to my investing rules will provide me better returns over the long term.
