News maybe overshadowed by the departure of Tony Garcia though. He appeared to be getting substantial commission income on sales revenue where he had generated the sale, so one interpretation might be that sales are not going as well as he'd like. Speculating only, but with less back-office support, it is possibly tougher to get the deals.
