Great post Sents! What profit contribution are you assuming for the parts JV? My model has $270k (margin of 6%) in 2014 and $450k (margin of 10%) in 2015, but that was based on the original start date and no revenue growth.
My model has about $4.4M profit for 2014, not assuming any cleaner sales or any significant sales to Etropolis. Retail contributes $2.2M (I assumed 19 new retail stores in 2014) and Powereagle contributes about $1.75M.
My model has $8M profit in 2015 (major contributors Powereagle $2.8M, retail $4.5M).
And my biggest assumption is that nothing major goes wrong!!!
