And what sort of price do you think the cashed up partner will have to pay to gain control of a company with these sort of medical techs (multiple):

How often can you buy a stock before a trading halt for a massive deal like this?

If it doesnt result in GBI being acquired, it still appears to be a big funding or commercial partnering agreement.

And the proposed partner obviously has the funds to gain control of GBI, if thats how the discussions go.

My bet is Biomerieux, or possibly Roche.
